Return Process

  Log into your K PLACE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
